Dermal filler treatment is the correction of facial shape and volume using hyaluronic acid-based fillers. The procedure helps restore cheekbone volume, correct nasolabial folds and the shape of the lips and chin, and soften age-related changes without surgery.
The visit lasts about 60 minutes. The doctor analyses your facial proportions, discusses expectations and contraindications, and selects the product and technique. The area is treated with an antiseptic and numbed if necessary, after which the product is injected with a needle or cannula. Swelling and small bruises are possible and usually resolve within a few days.
After the procedure you receive recommendations on aftercare and temporary restrictions, and after two weeks — a follow-up examination to assess the final result.
